Reel Handling Trucks available from 500Kg up to 2000Kg capacity fully powered drive and lift to handle reels of varying diameters up to a weight of 1000kg.

All Spacemate built trucks are available with up to 24 hr cycling battery packs as an option.

Roll turners are available in many configurations. Straight horizontal to vertical forward facing lift.  To trucks which rotate the reel around its centre of gravity ensuring maximum lift capacity.

In operation, a core chuck is inserted into the reel core with a hand operated release which is only possible to operate when the reel is placed safely in either horizontal or vertical configuration.

 Gripping lugs of the chuck grip automatically into the core. The heavier the load, the harder the grip. The same mechanism is used for reels from 10kg to several tonnes.

For product which may be prone to telescoping during movement an optional anti telescoping clamp is available.  The clamp is self monitoring to suit the roll media to prevent over clamping and subsequent damage.

The SpaceMate Roll Turner is designed to turn rolls through horizontal to vartical and vice versa with the use of core chuck.
